1. Free Trial

We want you to experience SenderWiz before committing to a paid plan. That's why we offer a free trial with full access to platform features.

  • Duration: 7-day free trial on all plans
  • No credit card required: Start exploring immediately without any payment information
  • Full feature access: Access all features included in your chosen plan tier during the trial period
  • Sending limits: Trial accounts have reasonable sending limits to prevent abuse — sufficient for thorough testing
  • Auto-downgrade: If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account automatically downgrades to a limited free tier. No charges are applied
  • Data retention: Your campaigns, templates, and subscriber lists are preserved for 30 days after trial expiry, giving you time to decide
  • No obligation: You are free to cancel at any time during the trial with no charges or commitments

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in making cancellation simple and transparent — no phone calls, no hidden steps, no retention tactics.

How to Cancel

  • Log in to your SenderWiz dashboard
  • Navigate to Settings → Billing → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period — you are never cut off immediately
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect
  • Your data (campaigns, templates, subscriber lists) is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted unless you request an export beforehand
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging in and choosing a new plan

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with SenderWiz. Our refund terms are designed to be fair and transparent:

Monthly Plans

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or any renewal
  • You must not have exceeded 10% of your plan's monthly sending limits
  • Refund requests after 7 days or exceeding 10% usage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Approved refunds are issued for the full monthly amount — no prorating for partial months

Annual Plans

  • Full refund available within 14 days of the initial purchase, regardless of usage
  • After 14 days, a prorated refund may be considered for the unused portion of the annual term at our discretion
  • Prorated refunds are calculated based on the remaining full months, using the monthly (non-discounted) rate for months already used
  • No refunds are issued after 6 months into the annual term

Add-Ons

  • Dedicated IP addresses are non-refundable once provisioned and configured
  • Domain verification and warmup services are non-refundable once initiated
  • Unused, unprovisioned add-ons may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. 1Visit our contact page and submit a refund request with your account email address and reason for the refund
  2. 2Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. 3If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with refund details
  4. 4Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  5. 5You will receive a refund confirmation email once the payment processor completes the transaction

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. SenderWiz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Account Suspension & Policy Violations

Accounts that are suspended or terminated due to violations of our policies are not eligible for any refund. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails in violation of our Anti-Spam Policy
  • Using the platform for phishing, malware distribution, or other malicious activities
  • Violating our Terms of Service, including acceptable use guidelines
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes in bad faith
  • Repeated violations after prior warnings from our compliance team

We reserve the right to withhold refunds and permanently terminate accounts that pose a risk to our platform, infrastructure, or other users.

6. Plan Changes & Downgrades

We offer flexibility to change your plan at any time to match your evolving needs:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan features until the cycle ends
  • No mid-cycle refunds: Prorated refunds are not issued for downgrades within an active billing period
  • Feature access: When downgrading, features exclusive to higher plans (e.g., dedicated IPs, advanced analytics) become unavailable at the start of the new cycle
  • Data preservation: Your campaigns, templates, and subscriber lists are preserved when changing plans. If your new plan has lower limits, you may need to reduce your data before the downgrade takes effect
